How to delete boot options?..

Hey guys, new here :)
My laptop had started out with Windows Vista Basic, and after a while I had decided to install Windows 7, without formatting the partition first.

After installing Windows 7, I had deleted all Vista files, but now when I boot up, it still gives me the option to boot up into Vista, even though nothing happens.

Also, I had installed Windows 7 twice because it wasn't working well the first time, so when I boot up the laptop, it gives me 2 Windows 7 options (only one works) and a Vista option.

Can anyone tell me how I can delete these 2 blank boot options? so that it will just automatically boot into Windows 7.

Any help appreciated!! :)

Or you could simply do this,

Press "Start" click, "Run", type "msconfig", click the "Boot" tab. Then click your desired Os and click "Set as Default" then "Ok" and "Reboot". That should work.
