How to delete/remove network place from W7 Pro PC

I'm having problems with my home network sharing. Can someone tell me how to delete/remove some of the network place's on this one Win 7 Pro computer as displayed in the attached share.jpg ?

Need to remove Documents and My Documents from the network/shared...not of course from that PC however ?
