How to delete windows OS with out formatting

i tried installing OSx86 in my secondary hard disk i got win 7 on my primary hard disk.

i messed of with something so win 7 didnt boot up i got loads of data in win 7 HD ti cant repair the OS boot up

so i freshly installed win 7 OS in my secondary HD

now i want to delete previous win 7 installed in primary hard disk

i cant format as i got 350GB datas

i cant delete windows & program files and few other folders how to delete
left out folders :sarc:

you will need to take ownership of the Windows folders and then add yourself with full access. Then you can delete them all by pressing Shift + Del (holding the Shift button while pressing delete saves time by preventing them from going into the Recycle bin).

You can take ownership and give yourself permissions by right-clicking on the folder and going to Properties > "Security" tab

my problem was in line with raj1402 but, after following the tips it got sorted out from root. many many thanks to sup3rsprt.

The correct way to uninstall an OS is to delete it's partition: Partition or Volume - Delete.

You may need to mark it Inactive first: Partition - Mark as Inactive - Windows 7 Forums, or use the Diskpart Command Delete Partition Override on the partition from an Elevated Command Prompt.

First make sure the current WIn7 installation is marked System Active in Disk Mgmt showing that it has it's own boot files. If not you'll need to move them there using Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times
