Hi
It actually is a couple of days that I am experiencing blue screen dump whatsoever I'm doing, playing an HD movie, changing system locale, opening google chrome, etc. I have made ready and attacked all needed files as explained, hope someone here could help me on this crazy thing.
P.S.: It's for a while that whenever I try to start rendering a project in "Anime Studio", a professional animation software, to export it, the system shuts down immediately in less than a second. I don't know if this has anything to do with the BCCode 109, but it may be good to know.
Thanks guys,
Waiting for your helps

Wait, your system shuts down? As in it's not restarting but powers off? If so, this can be caused by only a few things:

  • Short circuit
  • Power supply failure
  • Overheating
Make sure your system is not overheating using something like Hwinfo on Sensors Only option to watch temp sensors. Temperature for CPU should not exceed 75C. If it continues to rise beyond that, then shut down your system and see about refitting your CPU cooler. Graphics card can tolerate higher temps, but it is exceeds and continually grows beyond 85C, then it's also experiencing cooling issues.

As for voltage sensors to see if there's anything fishy with the power supply, watch the 3.3v, 12v and 5v rail sensors to see if they go above 10% or below 10% of the rail's expected voltage. For example, anything at or beyond 11v-13v readings for the 12v rail show that there's an issue for the power supply. Understand that good readings doesn't mean the power supply is ok, but bad readings means very likely that it is.

If you want, you can start a log of the sensor readings that you can give to us. I recommend logging until the system crashes. Zip up and send the resulting log file to us.

dear Vir
It seems that finding a solution for the shutdown problem is a little hard to catch although my Lenovo laptop has been checked by several unofficial repair experts. The cpu temp. usually is among 56-70, and the auto-shutdown usually happens faster than a second after starting rendering process. however, I would be so glad if I could use the test you proposed and give you the result if it's applicable on laptops too.
Meanwhile, my other more annoying problem is with bluescreen and the BCCode 109 for which I uploaded the attachment. I would be so grateful if you could help on this too, giving me some advice how to get rid of this unpleasant bluescreen.

Again, if it's actually shutting down spontaneously, powering down and not restarting, then it has to pretty much be one of those three things. No drivers, software, or other hardware - like disk or RAM failure - will cause a sudden shutdown.

TBH, it sounds like there's internal problems in the laptop that are best solved by sending it to a Lenovo service center for repair/replacement. Hopefully you have warranty still available on it. Laptops are quite difficult to service and the parts can be very expensive, sometimes to the point where it's better to just get a new system. That's why if you have a warranty that you put it to good use. If you don't, then I'm afraid the problem exists with parts that cannot are not designed to be replaced by a regular consumer. If you're a technician that's competent with replacing laptop parts, I would look into replacing the motherboard, then replace the power-related parts if the motherboard replacement did not work. Otherwise, send it to Lenovo and tell them you believe the system is shorting out or it's a motherboard problem and explain the symptoms.
