How to disable folder auto refresh after rename/delete?

when I rename, delete or extract a compressed file with windows seven automatically sord this file in the folder, then I must be looking to find. This is very annoying. Can I disable this function auto update folder content?

Unfortunately AFAIK this is not possible... yet.
