How to disable LAN

Hi Guys

Does anyone knows how to disable the LAN when I am not using the internet connection?.

With WINXP, all I have to do is go to NETWORK CONNECTIONS, but in WINDOWS 7, it doesn't look easy on how to disable the LAN connection.

Open Control Panel -> Network & Internet -> Network and Sharing Center

In left panel click "Change adapter settings" then choose the connection you want to disable. Click it with right mouse button and choose "Disable".

Or you can set your firewall to block all traffic.
