how to disable public network? please help me ...

everytime i reboot computer, it connect 2 network " work network & public network", i can't access to the internet. so i disconnected and reconnect again . the public network dissappear and detected "work network" automatically, then internet is working fine.... anyway to disable " public network", so i do not need to disconnect and reconnect again everytime i boot the computer?

thank you. the problem solved. the unidentifield network set to "not configure" and the identifield network set to private. after reboot, the connection is working fine.
