How to download video with 'blob' url?

I would like to download a video from Dailymotion but Free Download Manager says the video url is unrecognised. The url begins with the word blob and then continues normally.

Evidently it is 'blob' at the beginning which is causing the problem. Does anyone know how this problem can be resolved? Help would be very much appreciated.

What browser are you using and could you share the video link?

I'm using Chrome. The video relates to a 1960s TV programme and I'm not sure what the situation is regarding copyright so might be best not to give the full url, but for some reason it begins with the word 'blob' so I presume this is causing the problem.

Okay, if the link that MourningStar provided doesn't work, then try an extension in Chrome that will work. I have another solution you could try using Pale Moon or maybe Firefox.
