How To Dual Boot?

Hello I fave two operating systems one being Windows 7 and the other Windows XP.
Windows 7 is on a 150GB drive and windows xp is on a 37GB drive,I have a 1TB drive that i want to give windows 7 half of and windows xp half of.i have windows xp and windows 7 already on it but i can only boot into XP and i want to be able to select which OS i want.i have read that it is called dual booting but i dont know how to do it.i have mini tools partition wizard 8 pro and i would prefer not to have to delete the partition containing XP or 7.
please give very detailed instructions

If your OS's are already installed then i recommend using EasyBCD. Just download it to your PC and there is an option to change the boot order and even rename the installed OS's. You can also back up your MBR in the event anything goes wrong. It has quite a few other useful features if you care to try them.

This is free software but you have to register to use it.

I have a triple booted system with Vista, 7 and 8.1 installed. Works flawlessly.
