how to enable a disabled windows help and support

no.offline windows help and support. a software was used to disable it to make windows faster.now regret it.but dont know how to bring it back.email response haventarrived from software maker.

What software did you use to disable the feature and, did you make any backup of the registry before initiating the changes?
