how to erase emails from server

When hitting send/receive, my outlook decides to send a duplicate of all emails in inbox that I have read.
Today, this was triplicated again.
Each time I sync my phone and computer, all of my emails show up on phone.

Hi there .. Welcome to Seven Forums ... Try the Following ...

Tools/Account Settings/ -> select account and click Change....

Then More settings/Advanced...

Make sure you have unchecked "Leave a copy of messages on the server" option.
