How to exempt an application from personalization settings

Hello,

I am using a custom windows 7 theme that uses my preferred combination of window color choices etc.

However, this color scheme does become an inconvenience when I am working in certain applications like Autodesk and Photoshop as it makes their respective UI's very obscure.

Is there a way to exempt certain applications from personalization settings?

Thanks,
Mongol

You are going to get that with a custom theme and some programs look just fine while others do not. You will need to either find a new custom theme or switch to the default Aero theme when using those programs.
