How to extract .dat file from rar?

Hi.
My i have your help please?
I have i file say: info.rar.
When i click on it,is open and inside is 2files: info.dat and info.txt
I click on info.dat to view,is show this:

When i click extract from rar to desktop,i find only 1folder with info.txt in.
Why isn't in and the info.dat?

yes,but only in to rar folder,when i select extract from rar,i find only one file,info.txt
the other file why is missing?

Hidden by system?

Try opening "Folder options" (search folder options, and hit enter)
Go to the second tab in the window, and tick off "Hide protected systemfiles" and tick on "Show hidden files, and folders" and hit apply but DONT CLOSE THE WINDOW.
now look in the folder where you extracted info.dat and see if its kinda faded (if it is, then its your system that have protected the file for some reason..)

now reverse the settings from before (tick no "Hide protected systemfiles" and "Dont show hidden files, and folders" and hit apply, ok.)
