There's several ways. Perhaps the easiest is System Info where you can gather a lot of information about your system.
Click the Start Orb, type msinfo32, click on msinfo32.exe.
Expand Components, click on Display.

Your welcome. I forgot to mention that you can move/adjust the columns to expose all the text. Mouse over the column header until the mouse pointer changes then left-click and drag the column width until all the text is shown.
