how to find L3 Cache

Where on Windows 7 can I confirm the existence & size of a CPU L3 cache? Have new computer...supposed to be i3-370M processor (2.4 GHz,3 MB L3 cache). Tuneup Utilities doesn't find an L3 cache, only an L2 cache 256 KB. It this one has no L3, it will be 3rd time I've had to return it for having different specs than purchased (1st two times the hard drive was too small). Thanks!

Have you tried CPU-Z?
