How to find my PC full details hardware spec. with WIN7 built-in progr

Hi all,
I want to find my PC full detail hardware spec but I don't want to use 3rd party program.
I only know the “Device manage” but it is just a brief description. I want to find more detailed spec.
Such as RAM stick’s vendor, frequency …ect.
Do I get this with win 7 built-in program? If someone know how to do, please tell me.
Thanks in advance.

BTW, do I also find my NB’s BIOS and EC (embedded controller ) version in Win7 without entering BIOS utility?Is this possible?

You can know details of your PC information to use cmd command. You can see Know Details Information of you PC without Software

I note you don't want a "program" but I would suggest you check out System information for Windows). Small, there is a portable version, I've been using it for ages with no problems. Just google SIW
