Open the computer. Re-seat the sata and power.

If possible, use a new SATA cable. Also use an unused SATA port on the motherboard to apply the SATA cable.

Arc, will a laptop have connections like that? Mine doesn't, plus I have no options in BIOS for graphics. I would presume, if you have the option in bios, the dedicated card could be disabled there, or perhaps in Device Manager. But, I would think it is better to just do it through the Nvidia Control panel.

I think you could open it up and look at the connections and tell. That is pretty simple to do.
