How to Fix this office 2010 installing error?

Hello!
I downloaded and try to install "Office 2010" then every time this error show but its reasons are different look at following screen shots. These 2 screen shots get in different installing process. Error code is 1310.

Then i use this but problem is still happen.

1. In the "Start" menu, locate "Command Prompt". Right-click and choose "Run as Administrator". If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
2. Type the following commands, then press "Enter" to execute them one by one. Please note the space before the command and its parameter.

takeown /f C:\Windows\assembly
cacls C:\Windows\assembly /G administrators:F

Note: I assumed that your operating system installed on C:\.

3. Restart the computer to check the issue.

After this, please try to install the Office program again.
