How to format my windows 7 laptop

Hey guys....

I did some googling on how to format my Acer laptop.
But mine doesn't come with recovery disk or Acer eRecovery Management either.
I check my partition to see if I may have recovery partition. There is one for System Restore but it was only a 100 mb.

I had this laptop for 4 years. Its getting slower and I'm thinking a format maybe help.

Anyone, pretty please?
