Okay, so here is what I did:
1) Control Panel/Programs & Features/IS-12 Scan/Uninstall
2) Reinstall from Canon Website
3)Set compatibility in both CANOIT32.EXE & in ISPlus.exe to WindowsXP (Service Pack 2) under "Change settings for all users".
4) System reboot - No change
5) Set compatibility in both CANOIT32.EXE & in ISPlus.exe to WindowsXP (Service Pack 3) under "Change settings for all users".
6) System reboot - No change
This was all done with the BJC-85 powered up and connected to the tablet, IS-12 cartridge installed in the carriage. I have attached screen shots of the two dialogues boxes that come up after clicking on "Capture Image" in the program They are in the order that they appear for me. Please see below.![]()
Which version of the Canon software ( is scan ) are you using? Also are you using the Windows update driver for the printer or did you install the old Canon driver?
