How to get main toolbar to be stationary again - IE8

My main toolbar at the top of the screen disappears when I first open up IE8. Not sure what I did to cause that. However, if I hover my mouse up near the top, it pops down. How do I make it stay in view all the time?

Have a look whether this box is checked - see picture.

Sorry, maybe I didn't make it clear. This problem is found in my browser - Internet Explorer 8. I also noticed that there is nothing at the bottom of my screen (except for the open webpage).

It's not in fullscreen mode by accident is it?

Press F11 to get out of it.

Proberly not but worth chucking the idea in.

Yes, the F11 did fix it. I must have hit F11 by accident.
