how to have multi windows in task Bar

i like the way Xp was everytime i open a new Internet explorer i see my new page down at the task bar now everything clogs together. how can i make it so that every windows seat on its own. Plus when i click on IE i want it to open in a new window i know you can hit **** and then lcik but i want to make it act like it did in XP. i want to see my windows stacked next to each other

Right click task bar > Properties > Taskbar Buttons > Select "Never Combine"

As for IE, I'm sure you can dig through the options and turn of Tabs.
