how to hide the print icon in printpreview page

hello all
when we print preview a document we find print icon in the upper left of print preview page
My question is can we hide or remove this icon.
So user can not print through print preview page

No way to do so that I've ever seen.

If you allow them to print, why not from the preview page? Just curious.
