Solved How to I change my User-Profile ?

I do have one solution that will work alongside the other very good solutions.
If the original C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\[Letters&NumbersCombo].default has been deleted or over-written, then you can use any one of a number of folder/file search utility [such as FileSeek] and search for: bookmarks.html, bookmarks-1.html and so on. I suspect once you find the original full-of-bookmarks bookmarks.html, after ensuring Firefox is not running, not active, then one can copy:
users [user] AppData Local Mozilla
users [user] AppData Roaming Mozilla
from that specific source into any target user account or user accounts you want to.
Restart Firefox, you should be able to continue with the original known-good firefox settings along with the original bookmarks.html containing all of the desired Firefox bookmarks.
I have done this a number of times between my three computers and each target computer successfully ran the source material.

Thanks for your advice.
I understand the general gist of what you're advising but... not well enough to follow through.
I'm not technically sabe with the internals.

For example:
I downloaded FileSeek and attempted to search for "bookmarks.html" in directory: C:\
and receive messages complaining about encountering errors while accessing the search.

Perhaps it's because I ran FileSeek while Firefox was running ?

Also didn't fully understand:

Firefox is not running, not active, then one can copy:

users [user] AppData Roaming Mozilla
