Hello,
My config is Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit, Intel i5 760, 2GB DDR3 RAM, 512 MB Graphics Card (Nvidia GeForce 8400 GS).
My CPU usage maximum is around 25-30%.
Whatever programs i run: antivirus scans, installations, initialization of programs like Netbeans, Oracle, etc.... the maximum CPU usage rarely goes above 30% !!
Only when I am using Xilisoft Video Converter Ultimate 6, the CPU usage can go upto 100%
where each of the 4 processors individually convert the video files.
How can I increase the CPU usage?....Will adding more RAM help?
