How to Install Apps Into Guest OS using Virtual Box?

Hi Guys

Do I need an intermediary file such as "shared file" to be able to load apps that can run on my guest OS ?

I run Sun Micro systems Virtual Box.

I freaking LOVE Win 7 and this virtual capability it has!

Nope...just download the app in the guest OS and run the installer...

Thing to remember is that the Guest OS is the same as the equilvalent Native OS...with generic drivers/hardware support

If you don't feel like downloading from your guest and u have the files already, you can click devices, install guest addition and share folders on the host. They will appear in your network.
