How to install RDP 8.1 in pure Win7 x64 SP1

Hello,
I'm attempting RDP upgrade to version 8.1 on machines without internet access and without any installed updates past SP1 (mid-2011). Based on info from MS website, the following msu packages are required:
KB2574819 v.2
KB2830477
KB2857650
KB2913751
KB2592687
KB2923545

My question is, in which order should I install them?
