How to install windows 7 on system running windows xp w/o dvd/usb ?

Tittle says all what info is required. i have got ISO file of windows 7 on my pc but got no DVD ROM to burn it nor have usb to create virtual boot disk. so basically how can i install windows seven on my PC??

plus suggest best windows seven version for my system it is hp Compaq dc7600 3.2ghz p4,1 GB ddr2 ram and 80 GB hdd

There isn't any way to install Windows 7 from your .iso file. You need an USB stick to copy the files to and make it bootable. They're not that expensive nowadays...

Extract the files to XP desktop using UltraISO or 7zip. Run Setup to install to a second partition you create, or to overwrite XP.

You need a disk for repairs so find a DVD to burn or make a Repair CD as soon as you get 7 installed: System Repair Disc - Create
