how to JBOD Disks and Partitions?

i bought 4 drives of 4TB each.

installed windows 7 on a 100GB partition on the first drive. made another partition of the remaining size.
now i have C partition with OS. another partition of 3.6TB empty
and another 3 disks of 3.7TB empty.

all drives are converted to GPT.
how can i JBOD a partition with disks?

its a requirement of my job.

It's possible but someone else will have to jump in on that one since I've never done it before. If all you wanted/needed was a single, combined directory for all four drives, I was going to suggest using Windows Libraries instead.
