If you press alt+tab youl see the new style taskswitcher. I think because there are so many items open that the task switcher has had to reduce the size of the navigational images.

Probably an expose clone program running the bg, or like mentioned above the alt+tab with the bg hacked out through the registry.

wow... that would make my eyes go crazy... along with the ram in the pc.... why are you not using grouped taskbar items? are you trying to push the limits there or just for example? lol... call me neat i guess, flipping thru taskbar items opened is good enough for me with flip3d, tho i can understand why you could want that view, but wow, would look like a game of 52 pickup lol
