how to make an installation DVD that boots without setting the setup?

I want to make a 100% automated Windows 7 installation. (Literally 100%, meaning you do not have to know anything to install it) You only need to put the DVD into the DVD Rom and restart the computer and it will automatically:
1- Boots the computer from the DVD (No need to set the DVD Rom to the first priority)
2- Formats the drive C:
3- Installs the windows and drivers and some software

I know how to do part 3, but I'm not sure about parts 1 and 2.
Even a brief explanation can help me.

No need for an automated disk, go into your BIOS by pressing F8/F10, and look for something like Boot order and make DVD drive first.

Then insert the disk and press a letter like 'p' when it says "Press any key to continue".

That's it, it will install, ask for details and Wireless.

It already could hardly be easier by booting the DVD. Takes about 20-30 minutes tops.
Reinstalling Windows 7

Using the huge unwieldy WAIK to make a WIM and then spanning DVD's would be more work than a lifetime of reinstalls - especially because once you get a good install set up you can save a backup image which can reimage to HD or replacement in 20 minutes flawlessly, making reinstalls a thing of the past. I know and use imaging all the time, but for a reason I need to make an installation DVD that even a one year-old child could install it. Just by putting the DVD into the drive.
