How to make changes to various Context Menus..?

I found a program to load a program in one Context Menu, but it was the wrong Menu. That is when I became aware of how many Context Menus there are.

Does it take a different approach to make changes to each of them..?

Desktop Context Menu

My Computer Context Menu

Drives Context Menu

Folder Context Menu

File Context Menu

EXE file Context Menu

Yes, they are in different registry locations.

If you don't know how to make changes yourself, there are a number of small free 3rd party programs that can do that kind of thing.
