Solved How to make Desktop Pictures change smooth?

well, when i was first used windows 7, i saw that the desktop picture changed smoothly to another picture . But now, i saw that it's instantly changed to the next picture! Why is it? I prefer it smoothly changes. Please help me..

Hi peacepod! and welcome to SF!

The trick here is in the Visual Effects Tab of Performance Options.

Control Panel/System/Advanced System Settings/Advanced/Performance Settings

Check the Radio Button for "Let Windows choose what's best for my computer"

If your system is up to snuff, most of the Check Boxes will be checked.

You can set these up in any combination you like.

Hey, guys!.. I tried everything on that performance panel, but it still doesn't do the smooth change. Any ideas why it could be?

Redo the Advice above is nothing helps try installing updated Drivers for your CARD.
