how to make downgrade from win7 to XP

Hi every one
i realy need to know how to make downgrade from a fresh copy of windows 7 to
window XP without formating the HD
because as we know there is no new copy for windows xp in the market and im using application not compatible with with win 7 and i've
CD for Win 7 Pro new "with serial no."
CD for Win XP pro without serial no. " used before
its urgent >>>>>....Plz help

Where did you get XP originally? You'll need a Product Key to install it unless you were offered downgrade rights.

Have you tried installing the problem app in XP SP3 or earlier Compatibility Mode?

its not work with compatibilty mode and this app its install by the owen company
coz its unix base and they do not install it without fresh copy of winXP
is there away i can use win 7 serial no. with windows XP to make original
plzzzzzzzzzz ..... HELP

With no Product Key, no way to install.

its HP pro 3130 mt
but when i bought it, its came without OS so i bought seperate WIN7 pro and
Graphic card and extra LAN card

There are no downgrade rights for retail Win7 purchases that I know of. You'd have to buy XP. Best to find a friend or family member who had it and is not using their retail CD with Product key. A local shop may also have suggestions or a spare copy. Otherwise the eBay links are at your own risk.

You would have to explain more fully because I don't know of such a way to get downgrade rights to use XP in place of Win7. Someone else might.
