Solved how to make each windows library keep its specific icon size?

to keep my files more organized, i created new windows librarys and mapped them to specific folders on my D: partition. when i go to change the size if the icon in a specific library, it changes the look of the icons in the others i created. why is this? its kinda irritating and i just noticed it today. please hel

Hello Boyer,

In a library, all included folders share the same view settings. Each separate library will have it's own view settings though.

The only way around this would be to open the folders directly from the source location instead of from inside the library. :(

i figured it out, since i can optimize each for a differnet thing, general, music, videos, etc, i just made sure each was different, so that when i changed the view on one, it didnt change any of the others :)
