The view looks the same as always,
The other options google moved to the tick-tack-toe symbol on the top right,
Other than that the only thing your missing is across the top Upgrade you default search engine popup and another to upgrade your browser to Chrome

Right click on your IE11 titlebar, select/deselect "show tabs on separate row" that should do it for ya.
