Yes, this is possible.

See METHOD THREE: Drive - Hide or Unhide - Vista Forums

Add a new REG_DWORD (32bit) to
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

Call it NoDrives.

Add a decimal value to the key of 1024 to hide K: drive.

You can do all or any drives. A is 1, B is 2, C is 4. Each drive letter double the value.

So, if you put in the value of 3, you would hide A and B drives.

Get the idea?

Logoff/on or reboot and your drive should be hidden.

You realise of course that after hiding it you can probably only access the drive through the command line?

Of course, always back up your registry before making changes.
