how to "Manually" re-apply windows 7 bootup screen?

i already tried all the tips on how to re-apply the cool win7 startup screen. but didn't work

already tried the bcdedit in command prompt and repair install. but no luck.

any other ideas?

will manually replacing the files work? has anybody tried it yet? thanks!

do you know any work around to have this animation on 1024x600 screen resolutions?
