How to manually update after cumulative updates come in October?

Just wondering how/if it's possible to just get security and stability updates after these changes come next month?


I am a home user, so I don't have access to WSUS or whatever.

Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
If your updates settings are sorting them properly there will be a Important updates rollup but there's really no telling what is really included in it and really no way to exclude from the rollup anything.

Best to wait and see if there are any issues with any rollup and or create a system image before downloading and installing anything so you can undo anything bad that happens.
