Hi,
I love customizing Windows 7 the way I like it. Have just decided yesterday to apply one of these 3rd party themes from devian art to my system for the first time. It's called "glass onion"
Unfortunately one cannot select what changes to accept and what to deny. A theme means all or nothing.
My question is now, whether a noob like me could learn how to modify an existing theme. For example, I love the sharp corners of the windows and the forward / backward buttons within windows explorer of the new theme.
My goal would be to cut down a theme to the changes I do like, and leave away the others.
Or should I rather create a new theme from scratch to my taste?
But for that, I would need to know the whole scope and that might be rather complicated, I could imagine.
Where does a noob start? I hope that's not gonna be rocket science.
Thank you
