How to monitor with windows family safety parental control

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to setup and use Windows Family Safety Parental Control just for monitoring your childrens internet activity so you can see what they are getting up to? I don't want to block or restrict their access to the internet but I do want to monitor it and the sites they visit etc to make sure they are not up to no good.

I use 'Windows Live Family Safety' - I have found it to be very good.

Instead of using Windows features, I suggest trying Qustodio from Internets Best Parental Control Software | Free by Qustodio. Its free and offers a complete parental control solution. Has some nice features and is easy to configure.
