How to move game to different partition

I have W7 Pro and one of my games loaded into C drive because I wasn't paying attention.
How can I move the game to D drive?

If you have game progress that you don't want to lose, see if you can find the save game file and copy it somewhere besides it's default position, so that you can put it back after reinstalling.
