How to password protect only 1 shared folder in win-7

Hi, Everyone

As title Says "How to password protect only 1 shared folder in win-7.

I have 20 computers on lan and 1 Server. I shard a lot of folders on lan.

But i want to Password protect "Software's" Folder.

is there any tricks.

I don't want password protect all folders

Can you give some details about the setup? Password protected sharing off? Homegroup/workgroup? Guest access ok? I will try to devise something when I get home if someone else doesn't come up with anything.

I actually want to protect only 1 shared folder of "Softwares"

My Lan is with Workgroup.
