If you mean an UEFI boot entry (Windows Boot Loader), you can do it with EasyUEFI utility. You must run it from inside Windows that boot in UEFI mode. It won't work from a Legacy (CSM) installation.

If you mean standard Windows boot entry (BCD), you can do it with EasyBCD.

I saw some posts asking why bother and don't just clean install the 64-bit version of Windows. The answer is because there are some computers containing sensitive customer data and some business applications and is very hard to reinstall and make sure you won't lose anything. In fact many businesses buy an application once but then they don't want to pay yearly for support. If they reinstall the application they will have to pay for support to activate! Also for compatibility with old hardware that has no 64-bit drivers. Also because you can. The whole point of this thread is to AVOID a 64-bit clean installation and patch your existing 32-installation to use 4GB or more RAM. Don't think like a teenager that would just format the PC and reinstall Windows because he doesn't have the expertise or patience to solve the issue. Format is not Panacea. You may introduce more problems than you are trying to solve. It's like having a little dent in your car and ask "why don't you just buy a new car? Why bother fixing it?" So please if you don't intend to help others with your reply, don't post. Find some other more interesting thread to read.
