How to prevent safe mode login for non-admin account?

Dear All,

I have 2 accounts set in my windows 7 PC- admin & standard.
Is it possible to prevent safe mode login for the standard a/c? I mean when the standard user will try to enter in safe mode, he/she will be denied access (may be force shutdown or a prompt to enter some password set by me). If there is any 3rd party tool to do so, you can suggest me that as well.

Why? Do you have a particular concern about a non-admin user entering safe mode? A non-admin user in safe mode will have the same access as they do in the non-safe mode. They are not granted any extra powers or capabilities.

yes mate..that's bcoz i have installed Folder Guard in my machine to block access to some pvt. folders for non-admin users..however the protection is gone once you enter in safe-mode..hence my request.

Well there is your problem. Use NTFS permissions to protect your private folders/files. Not some third-party application. All you need to do is right-click on the folder in question, Properties then Security. Give yourself full access while denying the other users.

ok bro..got your point...but i want to make certain folders 'hidden' as well for the non-admin user and not just read-only..plz guide me how to achieve that?
