How to prevent "Windows Security" dialog box when using shared folders

I have two computers in the same home network
PC: Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Laptop: Windows XP Home x86 SP3

Whenever I try copying a file from laptop to PC (using PC for this process) I get this sickening window:

How do I prevent this windows popping up?

I have seen this problem when the machines are NOT in the same workgroup. Check that first. Next if the 7 machine is using HomeGroup, XP will not play nice. Turn off HomeGroup and change the Windows 7 machine to Workgroups.
