you could also try (from the 3idiots window)

click organize then click folder and search options, then in the window that opens click the set this folder view as default or words to that effect.
im using windows 8 at the moment so i cant remember the exact wording , its all there though .
the idea is to set up a window the way you like it then set it as the default across all your folders,

Yes i tried this already but it doesn't help. It's working when my movie folder is on, example D disc, but when i copy it on C disc, or USB, windows itself set that other view, i was talking about.

I'm looking for something like that bat. file i downloaded, so i can arrange folders, and files how i want it, not by name or so. I know how to set view of files i like, but they don't stay in that order for long, windows changes it.

Yea, i get this, i get all of this. I set it like you said, but when i change something (a letter in a folder) or move that folder, everything resets. I was just wondering how (and can i) stop windows from doing this.

Disable Auto-Folder Discovery

Assuming that the http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html reported no errors, you probably need to disable Auto-Folder discovery.
Once you have done that, set your views and templates.

However on my PC, the "Recycle Bin" will still change views (usually if it only contains images).
All other folders remember their settings though.

WARNING!
Use this reg file at your own risk!

Create a System Restore Point, or better yet, a backup HDD image, BEFORE using the reg file!

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\Bags\AllFolders\Shell]
"FolderType"="NotSpecified"
