How to reinstall .netframework after using dotnetfx_cleanup_tool?

Im trying to reinstall netframework after runnning "dotnetfx_cleanup_tool". Im doing this because techsupport from razer said to remove all versions, then reinstall netframework and reinstall synapse (however the program still isn't working)


When i do try to install 3.0 i get an error saying to turn the features on or off before doing anything, however i cannot find what to toggle. I tried using a manual cmd with "DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /ALL /NoRestart" but it threw an error.

I tried other netframworks like 3.5 but it just runs and nothing happens after extracting the files.

.NET 3.5.1 should already be installed.

I think that the error wants you to place a check here:
(but uncheck the two items below)



After enabling that, restart the computer and check for windows updates.
One of the optional updates should be .NET 4.5.1.

I would apply that update and then install synapse.

Be patient - it can take hours to complete.

But yeah, razer installs (i think) but fails to work properly
