I am currently having windows 7 (32 bit) , I am facing virus issues and want to reinstall windows 7 on current OS without loosing program settings including oulook which is most imp. for me . please suggest any solution.

However, before you do so you could carry out a full anti-virus scan in Safe Mode by downloading and installing Malwarebytes first: http://www.malwarebytes.org/

You can get into Safe Mode by tapping the F8 key when you first boot your computer.

Whatever you do, please backup to an external source any personal data that is important to you in case anything goes wrong.
