How to remove 100MB partition?

ok but even if theres absolutely nothing on the disk? cuz i disconnected the main hdd, set the second one to boot first then did setup repair and its just said "attempting repairs..." and it did that for the last 3 hours....
how can i repair the disk/mbr when theres nothing on the disk to repair? also i did format the second disk and set it as primary partition...

No, the steps state they are for if the cloning is completed and it doesn't start up.

You did not reply if you tried Acronis boot disk.

If so then try backup imaging.

backup imaging? thats the windows utility correct?
